What is Yoga?
According to the person, his constitution, age
and disorders, simple yoga practices, like body postures or Asanas, along with
breathing exercises called Pranayamas are given, along with relaxation.The best way for relaxation is meditation which
is mainly the treatment for mind. Happiness of mind is an internal state of
affairs and does not depend on any external factor.
Most of us fall between these two extremes. We
need to find ways to rejuvenate and cleanse ourselves by using both Tantra and
yoga in finding the balance in maintaining and depleting our health.
No matter what routine we adopt, it will take
time to see lasting results. Disease is the result of a lifetime's accumulation
of negative habits. It takes self-awareness, determination, persistence and
patience to redesign our style of life.
